Tri-County Project Care provides access to the following types of health care services:

- Care management
TCPC recognizes that taking steps toward a healthier community required the creation of an umbrella
organization for all resources available for the uninsured. This is a community program - built for
and by the tri-county community. Area hospitals, physicians, clinics and related health care
organizations who serve the uninsured population have come together for this common cause.
Our participating providers form a network that provides access to affordable health care
services for TCPC patients.
